Our water heater failed in March and on a Sunday (of course). While we do have home warranty for appliances, this was something that couldn’t wait. Dispatch sent me a plumber within an hour. Considering this was the beginning of the pandemic, our tech was masked and very professional. He replaced our whole house water valve, which failed, and water heater. (The heater was still under warranty w/ Home Depot and we returned it for store credit.) They use higher end water heaters and warranty their work. I’m very happy that we not only had great repair work, but also supported a local company.

Woke up Saturday morning and found my garage flooded. Called in a local plumber I used for years. He found the leak but said it was beyond his scope of repair. He recommended Eastlake Plumbing. Bottomline: I called their number and was connected to Fernando, the on-call emergency technician. He arrived and within 1.5 hours he diagnosed, located the exact location of the leak, and repaired it. He was very professional!

The extremely professional service and great communication was exactly what was needed in a very stressful and tense situation. The care and concern Albert provided made me feel like a long term customer. Refreshing in these times to work with people that really care. We had a water heater hose leak that created some significant damage to our home while we were away for two weeks. Eastlake Plumbing came out within an hour of my call. They set the water heater up in a temporary position so we could have hot water the until damage was repaired (three weeks later) and reinstalled it again back in it’s permanent position. Very personable plumbers and professional at the same time. They took the time to make sure everything was set up right and went over and above what was needed to be done. I highly recommend Eastlake Plumbing.

I was having some water heater issues and Armando responded to my inquiry within minutes! He was kind enough to send someone out same day. The two men who arrived (I think one was Daniel) were so polite and quickly figured out it was just an oversight problem on my end and that my unit for the most part is working. They didn’t make me feel like I wasted their time and were professional through and through! Thank you Armando for having such a wonderful response time and team! 🙂

Had a clogged bathtub drain.  Looked up a plumber in my area and found Eastlake Plumbing.  I liked that they were a small independently owned co.  Martin and Alex showed up earlier than expected, which was great.  They were upfront, clean and neat while they worked.  With the right tools they got the massive hair ball out tif the drain pretty quickly. Hopefully I don’t need a plumber again, but if I do I know who to call.  Thanks guys!

Eastlake plumbing  is definitely a five-star company! They  arrived on time. They came out to clear my main sewer line. Their workmanship was exceptional. They cleaned up all of the mess and you would never know that there was a problem with the main sewer! The two technicians that came out where Kevin and Alex they were both very professional and very polite. I highly recommend Eastlake plumbing and will definitely use them again!

This was the second time I have used Eastlake Plumbing and their professionalism is top notch across the board.  I submitted an inquiry via email and received a quick response to my questions along with setting up an appointment.  Martin and Chris were on time and I walked them through the two items I needed fixed / replaced.  They took the time to explain what they could do and what the approximate time period which exceeded my expectations.  As I stated, their professionalism is great and the quality of their work is phenomenal!  Please keep up the great work!

I have used Eastlake Plumbing for several years now and have always been very pleased with their service.
This week they came out the next day after my call and replaced my water heater.  Martin was very good and did a great job!  Definitely recommend Eastlake Plumbing.

Armando got back to me very quIckly when I requested a service estimate. Armando gave me a clear breakdown of the repairs and worked diligently to fix the problem completely.  Once the repairs were complete, he reviewed all the work he had done and gave me a bill that was only slightly above the estimate (because of the unknown additional repair factors).  Armando was honest and friendly and I have no issues recommending his company to anyone looking for a plumber.  Additionally, I would definitely use his company again!
