I was having some water heater issues and Armando responded to my inquiry within minutes! He was kind enough to send someone out same day. The two men who arrived (I think one was Daniel) were so polite and quickly figured out it was just an oversight problem on my end and that my unit for the most part is working. They didn’t make me feel like I wasted their time and were professional through and through! Thank you Armando for having such a wonderful response time and team! 🙂
