Our water heater failed in March and on a Sunday (of course). While we do have home warranty for appliances, this was something that couldn’t wait. Dispatch sent me a plumber within an hour. Considering this was the beginning of the pandemic, our tech was masked and very professional. He replaced our whole house water valve, which failed, and water heater. (The heater was still under warranty w/ Home Depot and we returned it for store credit.) They use higher end water heaters and warranty their work. I’m very happy that we not only had great repair work, but also supported a local company.
